To achieve greater atomization of material, the air cap may be replaced with a cap one or two sizes smaller than the fluid assembly. Multi-hole caps are available in smaller sizes to increase finish automization. For continuous spraying of narrow or thin items, select a .5 or .7 air cap with a 1.0 or 1.2 fluid nozzle.
