1.0 mm FLUID SET 

Replacement fluid set for Sicmo Spray Gun The 1.0 mm fluid set is for use with thin materials in the 12 to 16 second range. This would include fin finish work with conventional lacquer, water base lacquers and water base urethanes. Recommended for beginning sprayers or amateurs.

1.2 mm FLUID SET

The 1.2 mm fluid set is for use with thin materials in the 14 to 18 second range. This would include fine finish work with lacquers, polyurethanes, stains, enamels, and automotive clear coats.

NOTE: Material speed based on seconds in a "Zahn" #2 Cup. Since turbine sprayers apply a heavy application, we recommend that beginners start with a 1.0 mm fluid nozzle. As you become more proficient with the system, it may be to your advantage to use the larger nozzle.

1.4 mm Fluid Set

The 1.4 mm fluid set is for medium materials in the 19 to 22 second range. Normal output with lacquer, enamels, polyurethanes, varnish, zinc chromate, automotive primers, and epoxies are within the range of this nozzle.

NOTE: Material speed based on seconds in a "Zahn" #2 Cup. Since turbine sprayers apply a heavy application, we recommend that beginners start with a 1.0 mm fluid nozzle. As you become more proficient with the system, it may be to your advantage to use the larger nozzle.
