Blushing occurs when finishing with lacquer during humid conditions. The lacquer dries so fast it traps moisture under the surface turning the finish white. Kwick Kleen Lacquer Retarder slows the drying time to allow the moisture to escape. Add one-half ounce per quart of lacquer sealer, lacquer, or Fast Drying Polyurethane.
